Return policy

We accept returns and exchanges of all items that meet the criteria below. Please contact us if you need help or want to send back an item.


We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Method of Refund
We will refund the same form of payment used to purchase the item.

Product Condition
The item be must be unopened/new in order to return it.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded, but there are no additional charges or fees associated with a return.

Restocking & Shipping
We do not charge a restocking fee on items, but shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please understand that once we’ve paid USPS/FedEd/UPS to send out your item, we have no way of recouping that cost. This includes “free shipping” purchases. If you received “free shipping,” our cost for sending the item will be deducted from your refund.

Unworn & Unused
If you would like to return an item it must be unused and brand new. For safety reasons, no exceptions to this rule may be made. All packaging must still be intact and the item mustn’t show any signs of use, wear, damage, etc.

Sending Back an item
Submit a contact form to request a return authorization slip. The slip will provide you with a return address and expected refund amount. It is your responsibility to mail the item back via USPS. We do not pay for return shipping.

Defective Items
If there is a manufacturing issue or a product quality issue, please let us know. We will make it right and may opt to simply send a replacement item. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction!
